Gone Alpine was created to let you in on some Northwest secrets, stories, training, product and route beta. We are geared mainly for the alpine traveler be it on foot, bike, or hanging on the end of a rope. If you are a alpine junkie or just want to be, the formation found here can be adapted to pretty much anywhere you want to go. We are also jumping back in with Wilderness Navigation and Backcountry Travel courses geared to women.
This site was created by Northwest locals for those that wish to enter a the place we call home. We feature areas mainly in Washington and Oregon, however there are other places we've gone too. Each year we head out on bikes, our feet and rope. We have information from the island of Kauai up to Alaska, and as usual taking on some new challenges in between.
